The Rev. Dr. Hollis Booker is President of the Colorado Councils of Churches (CCC). The CCC represents the faith community of 12 major protestant denominations in Colorado. He is the former Senior Pastor of St. Luke CME Church of Denver, Colorado. Previously, he was a Senior Executive for INROADS, Inc. and a Senior Officer in the United States Air Force.  HollisBooker

His other past work experiences include Production Supervisor/Standards Engineer for General Motors Corporation, a teacher with Detroit Public Schools, Customer Service/Business Development Manager with Michigan Bell Telephone Company, Regional Director of Admissions - U S Air Force Academy, Squadron Commander (Mission Support and Student Training Squadrons), Group Commander (Student Training Group), and Deputy Base Commander. Additional positions include Chief Financial Officer and Presiding Elder for the Kansas-Missouri District of the Christian Methodist Church.

Rev. Booker’s current and previous activities/organizations include: Cofounder of Duluth Association for Black Concerns (DABC) in 1976; Optimist Club President; member of Mile High Rotary Club and National Minority Junior Golf Foundation; Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. member; Life Member Disabled American Veterans Association; Retired Officers Association member; President, St. Louis County Youth Sports League; President, Arapaho County Spartans Little League; Board of Directors member for Park Hill Junior Youth Golf Program; Five Points/Curtis Park Collaborative Council member; Denver Chamber of Commerce and Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce member; Mentor for the University of Colorado Athletic Department; Board Member of University of Colorado Multi-Cultural Engineering Program (MEP); member of Sigma Pi Phi Professional Fraternity; member of the University of Colorado Business School Advisory Council; University of Colorado Chancellor’s Advisory Board on Diversity; and board member of Denver School of Science and Technology, the Boule Foundation, and 100 Black Men of Denver, Inc.
